With the announcement that explosives are suspected in the Thames opposite the Houses of Parliament contained in a Second World War US arms supply ship.
Attention is focused on the large displacement of water from such a blast (1,500 tons)
Which would not wash away the Houses of Parliament but clearly associate them with the water theme that seems to be such a topic at present.
