National Guard Deployed To New Rochelle

In the US the National Guard will deliver food and medicine to the residents of New Rochelle where a cordon has been put around the town as it has such a high outbreak of the virus.

Although the Governor for New York Andrew Cuomo had stated that residents are free to come and go - No one believes this - Especially the state police so let’s see if the cordon is in name only...
