It’s now official - Central banks have lost control of global liquidity.

The dollarised international financial system has become unstable and vulnerable.

There has been a surge in the offshore dollar lending to $18 trillion.

This has theoretically overwhelmed the buffers of the safety system structure - And if there were what markets call a 'black swan' event, such as the virus in China being uncontained in other countries then the whole pack of cards could come tumbling down.
