Arizona state Legislators formally declare state election as not certified.
If the Governor fails to uphold the constitution then state Legislators go to SCOTUS and will seek the removal of the Governor.
In the meantime Texas state has brought a case to SCOTUS with allegations that other states exceeded their authority with mail in ballots rules which it is said go against Constitution.
